■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.# i3 d! @3 t: h) ?. Z2 S3 [
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships+ h& J/ Z2 e) I; v7 Z+ r, \+ X' h
Experience and Education:4 K& f6 L7 I4 k! ?6 L9 b
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
: x& S# b% B2 t8 }■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.) P. d$ I5 l& l
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.* A4 M& ^8 {( L% U. O
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
' T8 I: a' c! h$ _* M/ H■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;" }) \. W H) Z. U
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.+ V D1 {) m. z$ {3 s1 D+ a
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
