4 X) y" t: C( L/ s. z" D■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
0 w/ E) l$ K* x■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
) Z" m% R- y; ]1 u■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships d( q6 W9 W+ @( Y2 S$ c
Experience and Education:5 c/ N# F4 {- Q, P* D" x* y8 W1 k! q
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
/ V1 A2 t; ^0 f5 M& B& h■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.! c0 l* K& }( ?- E* j% x/ z. C4 J
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.7 X% Y: I$ H, \: Y
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;; B( ?4 T) H$ }) M7 L
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
% A( e5 [6 \9 ?■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
* p$ X( w5 s. z8 S- Z' m■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.) d, g+ ^ o1 r9 b' \
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
