The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

' |/ c" u, c0 m% k, CThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.+ U5 V4 `' N& D

% e( ?3 D( ]5 y• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
$ a9 x" x( Z7 W1 h u* [• Answer multi line telephone system

: _% u' m! E, q" vAdministration:
$ j0 ^. }* u9 u; B, J: q/ }• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads; t" Q6 H+ Q. r; B
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
, b) @8 s& v! |( \# n# K& y• Input and manage high volume of data
% w$ t' F; h6 I! p% {; Z" K• Update and maintain databases
1 k" R) Q6 z* n& g1 F• Generate monthly reports and statistics( L& n' A( F- ?) B y- |3 _, L" F! L
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
, B5 W8 v# S, `0 @- V" |3 k5 ~• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
' ?8 l1 _" l8 V- ?9 {# J4 h! B+ o. }• Write and revise business correspondence and forms. i I' [2 Z: a- ?0 r
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors$ t5 u% y- i7 D9 B/ C$ K
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre3 f, v+ `7 C* l
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients6 {4 s0 b& R* I+ R6 x

Qualifications:
. k3 b' y9 Q# C6 k3 f4 s; Q
* e; U1 L J& b1 Y6 K• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
5 \& D: Y' n# F7 s' }( S• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 7 B# [% Z; @( \& Z4 j
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- {- s9 F8 R- {- k- `) b& H
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
* i/ L A; w; N% P7 }* v( O! O• Able to interact positively with a diverse population

• Strong organizational skills and abilities
