The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.8 D% o0 c& J* O5 R. l1 W8 ]

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required

4 z- {, F% U% ~, J6 e( `7 VAdministration:
R$ E/ Z9 `# y/ @3 l) [! W/ Y( O& j• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads6 e6 e1 S8 @+ D. Y% o
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
- \' e) B0 ?2 `/ J. C8 d• Input and manage high volume of data
/ V- B, f& S4 Z5 i" Q E, {9 M• Update and maintain databases
6 Y. M6 I% I6 V, j$ Y$ X& J• Generate monthly reports and statistics
& W9 M2 {& b: Y' Y$ F/ Q% u• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation: B5 z% A3 O' B' g2 [; N
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits5 {" Z9 [% |$ {2 i
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
3 d1 d6 m j; N3 y7 z" k) A4 w• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors( |, u$ Y$ E, t8 s: L7 R% B! W
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre

Qualifications:
) R) G! z$ u- F8 h, @$ s, D
0 N& o4 \, u" q! I5 d7 M* n• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure4 P7 j; T) a; B* o `* j7 \
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
% m/ `9 H1 l% u: n( ~+ F4 K• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to interact positively with a diverse population
