The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. ! Z$ n7 O8 V# `. d. x& P
5 z% E* @7 G( `# m' q2 M$ PThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

* l. x2 ^! A7 Q• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required$ A6 S- B. A T- X
• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads: E7 O9 X$ J/ y# {+ v( E2 `" F8 e. }
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
" r: t% ]8 P* ?5 I- H5 I5 `• Input and manage high volume of data. h$ c. G- w3 X' B5 y- g2 B
• Update and maintain databases
) g& ~6 n) Y7 h. i• Generate monthly reports and statistics- I; j* l- u# R+ ]
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation/ J! B$ Q" {- W7 i$ I- C! v
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits/ q' c# z1 W, c5 B% G6 E
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
( M+ s5 v+ m0 I1 C; J: O• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors# R0 `: k% u0 k3 \
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre, O: ]6 ~; |6 d8 d1 ?' O2 q1 ~1 e
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients: ^: S$ W& ~7 }' m6 ?

Qualifications:
( D3 j- i+ U) n6 i2 C
3 K0 H- H0 B: R- `2 D• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
; W! S; l* m z! W- U" A9 V• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 5 W2 w V& J3 W B/ I
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; r8 k, k. O2 q
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
- o) a' }1 Y0 v( D• Able to interact positively with a diverse population7 H8 @: w, _' k" {* z3 Y) }, y
• Strong customer service skills
