Accounts Payable Clerk (Lysander)
Harmony Airways is currently seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk to complement our existing team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for:
6 M& S/ ?2 }0 J# h•        All aspects of the accounts payable function ensuring compliance with corporate policy;
•        Invoice coding, review and purchase order matching;
* l  W7 Y. g0 J3 D8 I# G•        Weekly cheque run;
•        Vendor maintenance;
; Y! W# ]* n% |1 I- I•        Supplier statement reconciliations;
•        Reconciliation of payable related general ledger accounts;
•        Communicate with suppliers on discrepancies and errors;
5 G. r! O; \0 ~) |•        Prepare month end accruals;
2 |, F5 a9 G7 ^7 S, n•        Process corporate credit card charges;
) |$ X6 D, M3 K4 \" Y9 a8 f•        Audit and process employee expense claims;
•        Process wire transfer payments;
7 r- N' s" m4 I, O% P•        Additional accounting duties as required.

* e, _( B# d2 O
•        Minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience;
9 t0 A8 |) ^7 \2 S
& e( t8 t4 U6 |% @1 p5 A•        Ability to be an energetic team player with the confidence to work independently with minimum supervision;
; _! r; @; D) p2 q7 G8 v% R
•        Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;
/ G: t0 m4 F* x' v, I3 o
•        Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel;

$ G0 f8 f5 W4 @, P0 g•        ACCPAC experience is preferred but not essential;

  ?  o& M9 d4 s; W•        Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity;
