services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 5 c' U% y2 A' [2 F$ Q$ j

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first a. E8 t% [4 q( \4 D
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
1 e& S' v# u6 q' A3 f7 W) k# u c/ bEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a ! K$ ~2 e ^; g8 T$ c1 ]9 k* [1 L9 j
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved & f- N2 ?7 l/ V3 ~0 U- g! D0 Y4 l: z
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
$ K2 J& E' J8 D3 z" e! f, P/ {are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
]" l) X) E% K% Tbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be " O1 @9 ~! W: Z
accountable to the project coordinator.
; V; `- r) e3 \! L) v/ K4 t' n$ L
. B; F" ^5 f) VThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
9 @" C- o/ W6 X d( g7 |schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 6 W( p) g6 m! F/ a6 {* `
desirable.

Qualifications ' N1 V( v. p5 |/ z' f1 k6 |) o( `
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills * E" g$ s @1 w8 d4 B( J
Keen ability to organize and lead ; z/ D' T ?" d7 Y. Q5 I2 D) X" {
Regular attendance at meetings 2 i" u0 K! P9 F
Relate well with other youth and adults

$15 per hour plus benefits
