Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
/ ?$ @9 g1 {" d/ vservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
( M1 E' ~. o! b: v3 u( a# u2 s7 e5 Atheir development.

0 E- h9 ?; C! S5 u( G% y/ V' iTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first : J$ k7 M8 B; w: t+ u
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 4 D$ Z, ~6 q( Q/ Z d) U
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
: M& D- x( d( U4 E0 A8 ryouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 1 c1 T: p8 R2 G1 o" N
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 4 o" ]8 f1 j! \8 N* m! g
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, : U- N/ @. T |1 a4 U
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 8 @, Q1 w; ]. z' U' R' Q9 _* ]
accountable to the project coordinator. ! }& y) k9 I) b4 L5 \
" i& C' }4 Z4 b, }% R+ u: Q
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own ( f! b$ U5 H8 M2 J) I3 s' R+ _
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

Qualifications
- N$ Q# R. }) R18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills + @. z5 j/ G* v2 F: V) A
Keen ability to organize and lead
! r; a; i7 _- f) b0 BRegular attendance at meetings 6 ?4 R/ x3 B% _- s6 {
Relate well with other youth and adults 8 o3 [ l6 V; Z3 ?2 ?! L6 z/ [6 \
Willing to be mentored and trained . l) m" T7 }5 \

$15 per hour plus benefits
