Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
5 y$ n% e% h; eservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
5 g. m7 s# U$ Y7 ^hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
( }6 m5 L7 A& q$ u. R6 x8 TEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 3 p3 K9 h: n5 }0 A1 m/ G- I
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
& g& K$ Q9 _: M7 }: ?8 Y8 i: xin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
( c7 j, C1 u; H& a- C' jare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, % i: o; a, Z# \* e& B$ k
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 5 f2 S+ b- j" p7 y3 f& E
accountable to the project coordinator. . X5 d) j) j6 s/ _1 H: ~; R

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own * J1 H* Z5 A4 [/ L# [ A) a9 G0 P( s
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
) m: l' F5 ~. K a- ndesirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills / J4 ~" T6 C2 m3 H3 L4 z A. V
Keen ability to organize and lead

Relate well with other youth and adults
- l8 u. M) s* D! w# ]* SWilling to be mentored and trained

Salary
