! t- f; M) \' O: h t' Z$ dservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

3 L6 l' y) ^9 v6 i PTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first . r) U4 r7 e2 a% o7 u
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 0 x) C8 |" H) x
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
2 ]! o, [ l. t# `youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
" d+ I) f+ e9 L+ R1 Q( Yin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You . Q4 ^& F: p# ~9 S
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 6 p( p. K2 `7 X
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 2 @( I! h% Y7 F- V9 M8 J. k
accountable to the project coordinator.
' O7 J" B1 w r+ p ) n" K- a e `2 T
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own : z U- f$ v1 |
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

Qualifications
: e" _# l& E0 [: r: e9 B18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 8 Z' R: c3 g P3 |) m$ L
Keen ability to organize and lead % p+ ^6 W$ H% d; x
Regular attendance at meetings ' ~, d. N* n8 N
Relate well with other youth and adults

Salary
