Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
! A: }/ ?3 U& ^% _8 m( n8 T( }! L; ]3 Xtheir development.
# R# D4 ^( P/ i! M+ }) f1 z
Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
# k4 G" U! f$ `- c, j  k0 bhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
+ a; d( n' n" W6 H- REmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
1 N. c+ A9 r5 {) l7 p$ S3 pyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
2 l. k3 }5 @& d3 u  yin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
5 l4 Y; `7 U8 s7 l( Eare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
+ v+ e6 w! X& q. @4 Gbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

$ D  ^6 P% U: @! P2 p8 }The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
8 [' B$ b% b! f; R$ Z% S! [schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
0 @" W: [4 t8 j2 u1 z  k/ H/ M7 fWilling to be mentored and trained

3 Y+ l  C6 x6 m2 s$15 per hour plus benefits
