8 [4 H  |5 H$ c% b! nservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
1 A: [( @+ |" T1 C* Ctheir development.

! H1 A) k. f3 C, I) i, P. I7 f# YTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
1 f3 y3 k& V) J9 [5 [! K) |9 Chand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
1 e5 C9 m: h) e0 Vyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
" M9 N( ?+ F8 g# a# R+ T' Gin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
) R2 L% `  z) b1 y$ S! T1 hbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

% K" [: r- s4 {# b& Z+ _, ~# gThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
- N& P: p- Z5 m7 nschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
; p& u4 O' O. R  BKeen ability to organize and lead
3 {3 ?4 K5 E! b! }Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
9 ^5 M" M$ r$ o/ b$ jWilling to be mentored and trained
# x* `3 `; k- l, p
Salary  
4 C: f9 |3 V$ q  q  b$ @$15 per hour plus benefits
