services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing # F7 `: H, j0 G7 W; v
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
( }8 S. I$ w3 ~; R, Y0 hhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth / S: G; a0 I/ k9 E8 l" k
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
% x/ M! R6 D: \' f- d) T M* syouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 9 R5 z* P3 `1 Z5 V8 R( ^, I
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You % I; y1 k6 h/ `3 g" V+ h
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
1 Q+ I. J$ y1 d6 s6 \balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
' {/ W' G7 f4 J; e- J% n) X- |accountable to the project coordinator. + r; ~1 _* i/ y- l. j
) M, V3 f" {+ Z8 H4 s" Z9 X
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
, ~1 }+ M' ]* dschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is + Q3 x* s) p }. b2 T8 u) l2 o* k9 R
desirable. 1 q& _, ?& w% l& U% d# J1 ]: X: k

Qualifications 9 G1 J. T# e) T- y
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ' r) J/ Z% \7 o' P1 X
Keen ability to organize and lead * F2 m8 Z% |9 f5 v- V
Regular attendance at meetings 8 h$ [1 u1 {: Q8 J* v/ n+ B* H" V' Y
Relate well with other youth and adults 3 R9 q5 ?, {: B: d8 f) ?& K7 a m! }
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary
$ R3 p' t0 h+ a& x) }( }$15 per hour plus benefits
