! S1 \3 l; N3 D5 V4 Oservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
! f( N3 l, r# ~  }, V9 |their development.

6 D" I4 f' x8 ^# \# }; w  ETagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
, b  C' q$ X( R6 |/ ^. S4 ehand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
0 e+ A$ |; O0 Ayouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
* J( G$ u6 {- }& r+ O) Y5 R3 ]in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
- w6 j* T" B: C3 r8 d$ a- Dare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

# N# U3 K5 P2 n3 ~The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
, a* ^" u: i. _. `) f( u; h, YRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
/ P/ N! i$ B  c9 RWilling to be mentored and trained

7 w+ g7 }3 v3 r9 ^$15 per hour plus benefits
