, b C' q$ X( R6 |/ ^. S4 ehand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth ! D4 {2 }' U* W: _) Y8 R
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
0 e+ A$ |; O0 Ayouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
* J( G$ u6 {- }& r+ O) Y5 R3 ]in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
- w6 j* T" B: C3 r8 d$ a- Dare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 2 m$ M9 A: g; g' z* |: t, V( K
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be . i- ~7 z( F% y. u& t
accountable to the project coordinator. 1 p9 b; v( a1 l! t
# N# U3 K5 P2 n3 ~The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 5 w) P* o$ Y# ]
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is * z! r+ Y0 I. f e5 a) U; o4 E
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 5 o4 |; u; E) H. B2 H: m4 p
Keen ability to organize and lead

Relate well with other youth and adults
