Hours of Work: Part-time: 21 hours per week$ y6 h9 s! g+ o" S. i; w9 k5 R$ W

Job Description
  h% A& }( \6 h! l-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
7 U# q& C4 u+ Y; r-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
  B$ m$ d1 t8 V; C, A. @: l-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team7 n. ~. I( w: k# |" c/ u* k
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client7 c) F9 c! _1 N  N3 T  @
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception
# S/ {: j0 `- l  b0 Z5 X" M" V  e; ]2 m: `% W) A: L" k
Qualifications:/ b- @; d4 ?9 @3 g. v
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
- G) d3 A  `' f+ i! x2 g-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
, i6 O2 O5 ]# \: B" D9 w  K-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
6 \2 ^% {$ w2 T# w5 U-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
" @& l+ o5 X! _0 C# Z  t& ~- }-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check6 D. x2 `) S* r  d# D
