Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)

Job Description
-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
# P4 U0 p! ?( W2 I* }4 A1 A- G-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
0 u! P( N/ V6 U' h; U) B0 U-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

Qualifications:
8 `& a0 J5 C$ |5 l5 q" F; }-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
% A6 U# H% }8 O9 O1 N-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
# C5 J) x0 C% i( B  {/ ]-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
