• Familiarize with the assigned process units( i2 m& _3 ^6 r7 P' c! E
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
8 Q+ h" g T* P3 n, _9 G4 d) x, T• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.1 |6 U. w; |! H. ]' G1 `: s
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc., A) H" R' m" B
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
" M# g& x- h' m G% ^9 K• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.' j4 D' t8 E! S
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
* ^- }! K, B, {9 s2 @8 G• Take up small study projects and prepare reports8 _1 M/ F! V" a7 X; R. v4 z6 r
