• Familiarize with the assigned process units
( O1 e/ i0 U( i/ j G) t$ t- |• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. & h# l; ^. E) m$ x, u6 x; `0 R' t
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
f; n5 N) T# o& R2 C3 F4 |$ A• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.. N" ^0 P# o) i: q4 u- t% |# Y
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
0 t0 [2 X6 k1 E T• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.+ q) O- y0 Z8 |; p1 @1 P! o
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
