Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Familiarize with the assigned process units
% x4 Q8 ]) @4 H! b; v1 H• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
& j7 U( \( ~! A• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
& C5 K$ t4 x. B1 ~5 x9 I+ I• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
- Z+ ?$ m8 ^! r% Q6 H; O• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
# b8 A+ ]+ q; M) K* w' {# Z8 u9 {• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
" w/ t+ z6 d( ^* ]; ?• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports

• Currently completing undergrad degree in Process Engineering. 5&6 semester student
