Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
, Y1 o% ^: X3 z3 ?Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
/ ~4 }  R7 j+ X& p8 m* k/ L% a, \Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
7 n! e$ J0 z' N0 A. WŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
support;
9 a5 Z. O; N& ~( S7 P0 W1 j# |Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
- }4 s' j, Z9 `& ]1 ?% s- Qimplementing staff wellness programs;
4 c6 x+ ^( r# q4 r* r$ ?0 ~Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
0 |) I0 C( J0 B6 O* c; hŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
& F$ ]3 S: U, i( @# jŸ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
1 G% f$ A3 P# Z. F+ O( \Ÿ Other duties as required.
! R! s  X: S8 ~. KQualifications:
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
education and experience;
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
2 Z  A! o: \& z" HŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
. H* ^3 p) i) G0 i: l! {$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
