About the Sebring just sold

This car has a CARFAX record showing there are 2 registrations.

I just contact the original owner who traded in this car and she told me that she bought this car as a DEMO. Maybe this is the reason this car has two registrations.

A demo car is regarded as a brand new car when an individual buys and registers it.  The company has to register it as demo first.
