edmonton最高的condo fee

想请教edmonton最高的condo fee 是多少啊，听一个朋友说他们的condo fee 2室一厅的单condo fee 一个月要达到800多，有可能吗？只是一般的高楼在市中心附近，不是新房，大概70，80年代的吧。

这些高CondoFee的房价：
85万到110万的有7个，32万到60万的有5个。
但十几万到20几万的有4个。
比较有意思。

大多数近2000SF的居住面积，有一个3200SF，高楼风景，也算是优势吧

Magrath所有卖过的Duplexes：大多数Duplex现在的CondoFee是$100~110，只有一个是$153。360平米的地。不知是不是7楼问得最豪华的Duplex。

2) The fee for duplexes typically doesn't include water/heating/power. Thus, it's not an apple to apple comparison with high-rise apartments.

不对吧，你去过那里么？我说的不是那栋condo旁边的duplex，那个duplex我知道，100快得condofee，地很小。
我说的是靠近林子那些walkout basement的bunglow duplex，都是双车库，有的房子占地奇大，我看有一个车库外就能停下6辆车，后院相连，看来是统一管理草坪

Now I know what you are talking about. You are right. Those ones are indeed luxury duplexes. (But the location isn't good.)
