Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
4 Z% y5 J; P+ s6 k; k: ^% MPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
: b# M6 A8 e* H6 h0 E2 g2 L8 \Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
. {6 p+ m4 @3 C- m5 q8 M  T; [Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities

Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
" Q: |6 X; h6 ~( H+ l( nUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
