Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services

Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities

Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills 8 t" R) v3 I% N
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories ' Y. `; ^$ q0 F9 }; P5 y
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities 5 O7 T/ J# L5 l; }
Display positive self-concept
% g' ]0 T' J2 n3 G8 g. CPossess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
