Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
! f3 x) E( Y1 I) a8 v. G/ B! h0 C. ~Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
0 {5 y& g5 f* M5 F& Q9 X- Y. N: w, bAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
/ V! Q7 e! p2 e, U% P# zComputer proficiency
# L7 Y( }! e( o, W! N( ~6 JStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
; y6 o/ P0 R) D' \  p. n5 }Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept

Professional appearance and presentation
