Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields ' K) j* x) a7 a5 h! A/ K: a
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role + X6 q0 d# c; Z5 I
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
* v2 e* ]& v0 T4 \6 l6 PExcellent communication and negotiation skills - N5 P+ H9 T5 y% L
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments $ g" m- Q. T6 K) J9 K; X0 k b
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market- T A( a; L* H4 u, g- x5 L
