$ ~- C7 V4 y- Y: ~1 F, |8 c4 d5 yname，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？

) ^, W& z' n. H. `9 E( l男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

Levels:
( z/ q3 [! ?" jRecreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
! b" ], I. r7 `: X; \0 w; s9 tSemi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
) A$ `& `+ h' x. YCompetitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)
