I did. The manager said he would check, but he hasn't given me an answer yet.
They have to give me an answer. I gave them enough tip, but they over charged me more.

The restaurant didn't over charge me. That was a mistake from my card side.

But this kind of things did happen to us when we traveled in US. They over charged $50 US tip on us.
