I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
; U- d& K5 V& Y4 s: K•        Processing payroll
2 o# y+ U% Q1 z4 @# E( \1 L•        Preparing reports
•        Benefits deductions and administration
% _7 G* Y$ u2 ~+ G•        Maintaining employee profiles
: Y9 E4 j6 v- |2 Z* O4 f( r" p, G•        Accounting side of payroll

To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
6 q) \1 J, h! N% b+ Y, c6 j% g; _•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
7 K" V8 w1 d+ u' b$ o3 E8 ~•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

I need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
/ p; v, Q+ B% C9 L% ]You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
; E: `/ H( W( \, a. Q! F9 XHours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
