I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
! D2 R3 U' q& ~6 B9 V) SMy West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
; c2 j6 D( O! y" gWithin this role you will be responsible for:
: y$ q3 q9 j- R  P( p7 V& \•        Processing payroll
" s* j9 n1 ~! P0 ?1 d  I; x8 l) x% U. g•        Preparing reports
' W# h7 e# B3 ^" T; k2 u7 `•        Benefits deductions and administration
* f" x8 {7 E- b) j•        Maintaining employee profiles
•        Accounting side of payroll
/ O( ]# a: f% j3 \
To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
( a! F; Z; @5 l2 n•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits
; f4 r( [+ k; M; U. P8 O
6 |, G4 g# j* Y* vI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
, E5 S0 f. E1 I4 ?# V! \Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
