Jacuzzi is also not working.  On the electric pannel,  the breaker marked Jacuzzi/Ensuite is ON and it has a 120 voltage between hot and neutral. I believe the breaker is working. Actually, no breaker breaks off on the pannel. They are all on ON position.# W) J* d0 M& G) i6 Q  F

So, it is not the breaker, not the GFCIs or wall plugs. Now, if it was not the wiring, what could be wrong?
