1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service / b. o6 G2 r- l0 i& V
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between7 y: v; [6 D5 ~1 Y4 F. s5 u
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.$ c( o4 z% M: h
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight7 T6 g/ M( g1 [4 F7 x$ T
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. + y7 L$ ?6 _, F
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your
+ F+ c* A3 k" S% o reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park
9 b; p% H! B! ]' N. S+ r1 S( i% G" u time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,
; u* k; ^+ b2 ^ y1 X" h9 Z3 S# U this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National1 ~. X3 w& y: N5 T' ^
Park in New Brunswick, this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Atlantic Time).

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your8 n2 E7 ^8 g( N, D5 t3 G& e3 C
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
' f7 d% s5 E t8 c/ x0 M: a arrival at the park.
l6 r5 Y7 v9 @! }; e" G3 o5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of9 X% p( e* M7 i7 ?5 Z6 W
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as% S- C9 P* O2 S! n( x
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same2 a4 Z2 A7 t; ~3 \* J
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
# i P) a% J( d6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
0 @* \* r' a+ Z8 ] a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of9 d$ A2 b/ `1 R8 t0 x0 W- b2 u" M2 h
campsite; and the service type.
# h% V- s2 T2 K- f6 a7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously$ E# D$ a) `7 _7 `4 C6 m
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

$ y2 F6 N; a- E. x3 \, o money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
- m# x+ N2 c# s" ~! B least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received/ F, o ~( z8 G2 s- Z9 c
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed
( S% F, y% h9 l" I4 S reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to1 ]: |, W) n' m1 O- r) l
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you) _# V3 a2 m- p$ f
into the campground.

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address, A8 X( i" H: N5 ^7 J
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,2 T# N* N ]" d# M
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your$ f. A# j; U: h- S
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
' b2 i* X% {8 l4 f you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
: T; S/ o- W0 g1 p - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before( c% X/ ~6 {; b6 j2 R
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
% A: g1 X( N% W+ u; ?4 W( M" G3 U of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original f6 h4 O6 p, T1 H# a' H, O

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
% O3 f0 o" Y7 @% R your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
; O `6 C) g& }$ A& B guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
4 [+ B' }. N4 f, K" E is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the# w7 m" x' o, j+ k
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
5 G. `3 }* g5 N change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
( F2 k ~9 _4 B- W1 N2 L14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
: Y/ U- H, b# o' W earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
) Z3 o9 Y) A A- d. J, o/ U6 ] prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:8 W1 t) G$ F, j& W7 o9 d* n# B
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
, ^( F0 z i9 n7 N& n3 B expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two& G3 I% Z+ `+ R; ~4 D
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see! t/ q' J% C( x4 I! u
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late
; d" b1 d; t: h6 B. q arrivals in advance.4 ~- G# I! D; I

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of

will be made available to other campers.

7 h; I* y$ H- Y5 }" E+ S3 [ If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees

( l8 P( x- V' p" ] reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days

18. Closures: If Parks Canada must close a campsite or a campground for operational reasons,
