1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service 9 z, n2 m0 a* a. c2 Q! a
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between; {/ ~8 z/ N6 k
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.5 x) _8 x6 _# L% ~
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight2 m r- p5 q' k1 H8 D+ _
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

Fees

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
4 X- G/ g' E) {6 X8 l$ z! i; e i4 v national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
8 ~, q# p/ b9 i- O( A/ K arrival at the park.. Z/ I3 F x$ z2 i
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of2 Y0 m- M: {6 l9 n
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as: B; ~# D3 X( ~, v
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
: D2 ?$ z. z7 ]8 L campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.9 @/ ^ ^2 B" z, h
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on+ T& H1 `1 x8 d, Z, q. _
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of( Z; q5 F& i! u6 [2 K
campsite; and the service type. - ^ }& N' q! J8 h
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously0 `' `* J v) J% ], \+ l: x5 l
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.2 a! n4 b0 v' y5 z1 r
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the
/ h8 ]( ^! [: K ^: N4 W; D change or cancellation. | _5 s: {$ O# x& n+ I

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
* o2 Y6 ~/ k& }7 R, }' x7 \ least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received1 e* U) U2 R7 Y! X0 ]$ B2 |
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.7 O, j3 Y8 S6 T' D, c

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your& s% Y# v1 v5 X' B- _) ~# V. a
certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed. 2 j0 H9 m7 ]- Z5 Y. A1 h

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

Changes and cancellations before check-in

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change./ w* [+ l5 f- d7 X4 c8 R; \9 J
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You& m% W! v( J& \
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
. t: p. }8 J8 S$ c0 A4 g( R check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
* ~# Q+ H. S9 r( `! c" N- r4 x1 }6 Z - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,3 \: J: o. {, W5 y4 c1 ?
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your( @: C& m# H+ E
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,: I4 _( Y$ r, I$ x
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
! {4 g: c4 N, ?5 l - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before& S. p% _2 F# \. T
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night& p V* ^6 p5 U/ n) m
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original/ d5 D! S1 S* c9 K# t
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a
1 W3 {( g/ N; c; u( h) T cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

Changes and cancellations after check-in 5 _" j( c8 s& p0 E# o' _) `

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to# W7 h; x. i* H" v$ w$ U" a* y
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
1 r2 U0 b% }5 \ guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change( Z! c: o1 A: w$ r
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
# [; D) q' s) W) Y" m- A8 C- _ services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
/ b! x) H P9 W5 `' C change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.2 n9 S8 k# o: p. o7 J/ Y% z
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
$ }3 Z" R- K. d7 s, w: q earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
6 {9 _7 m }' c7 l5 b2 S0 C prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee8 V1 p7 V& J4 H: g: g
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
R" u2 V! g# x7 p' V- M notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the
5 S3 k/ j# l. `/ H expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
9 i' L) z% l3 g9 j on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact G K% |6 y% F& V+ d: s
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
; a( r# C5 R1 v/ u L6 c call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).7 b, b D7 a. g- l% D% Z: d" l$ K
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
E+ J0 K4 W8 ^7 H5 q, i( b' u! @ If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
# ^6 @; z8 U) {7 l! V expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two" B! |! t2 Y. u3 T1 Q
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see6 L# B/ i. |; }& N" X
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late& C: ]0 U, I2 x/ J: |

No-Shows ( w; w8 d- f! c, n

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your " m6 E$ o5 `, Q9 A, o0 n& g
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of# H: l' G p6 v7 C! s. e! w4 x
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."+ O, i" f) @+ @5 D6 W
: M7 @$ o( `7 m4 z4 J
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
1 U; X: E' Z+ k) t9 h will be made available to other campers.1 V, e T' v( Q- B# C, W5 h

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
# u5 S; H* b/ {3 @! s7 X1 Z* q/ j paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,8 L: ^# X4 p9 d/ S% t9 {
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days1 {( T1 T$ G: w) W
of your originally scheduled departure date.
