SALES CLERKS

Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
0 B1 {( _- w0 Q+ N- Q& U7 goperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
: u: \) s2 b  a3 Bcustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
' G1 t- E! F8 y: C6 ?the Store Manager.

Customer Service
, ~0 u9 C4 `3 x: Z• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
4 L- n& S' ?6 I: z4 c3 Z• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
& m% V; x8 \' k5 e, {- G$ `* f+ Hstock
5 S8 Z: b+ A: ]" P5 |• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
3 l( W* n$ A. i; r& U: C9 Tlooks under 25 years of age
0 K% L- S( C8 ]/ SStore Responsibilities
, `0 u' }/ l5 {" L0 K• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
) u4 u) O: x: r, V: `( O• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
. L; ^* @4 |5 w% {7 L: f( Q  E/ A• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
, ~, e9 V2 r% r• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
Qualifications
• High School graduate
# O5 f4 Q, _$ ^$ n' R, J• Criminal record check.
. @& I0 r6 r8 ?( O/ Z3 b  _• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
" O1 Y6 M# {8 ]! C" ?1 g6 t• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

• Fast paced environment
• Demanding workload

• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
/ b1 i4 @+ S+ W" M* O• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds

4 t- x3 V( v* P• Comfortable climbing ladders
