$ N) Y5 W4 ?4 U9 J1 k. |Reporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
8 W  m1 Y1 v/ E8 F# C        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
+ S3 ~" q3 h3 g+ I; _        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
' E  e) }; W4 ~6 S6 t1 T  Z4 y        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

# b+ d( b/ S4 SQUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
- H9 k" ~/ I% P; N•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
