R2 ^3 x- Q2 Q+ {& |( _% | The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.  
Responsibilities  
+ f$ C: `, ~( r- H, _ The primary responsibilities are to:

9 S4 F+ k7 X6 T8 `% o-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.
9 x; [: M) H5 P; j& @( H
-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.
7 \' L! q: j1 W
  f5 G; j$ k: I+ o! yServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.
( s% ]$ j" `! P, Q* p
' _7 @. }& j% QEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.
! O0 a% Q3 N# n* d4 j0 K9 s2 K
Maintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
$ g# _; J. {% Q7 @# E- T3 U1 r$ z! R# C Qualifications  
- S, f, q9 Q" c* ~. i Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

/ F  a$ `7 d  b* ^Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills.
# o$ P- p+ S, k* j! V: d
Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.
* H/ C* W/ T; r
Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

Project management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
