I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
) k$ s' \" f( `, q* `* [- sperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
, ?* g- A9 q3 R2 WSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

4 X) g3 c- g) MI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
2 |  K( t* G7 m1 u, _9 R8 I$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
- d$ E" f, W* d7 }# Jmonths, so it is still quite clean.

  a' J5 b1 M# Z, lYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
