I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
3 j3 w, ]2 j  V6 C- }; Jperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
( N8 @1 b3 G3 ]# e/ ^# @! }$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
2 t+ ~5 i- \! J( g( Z, w2 S# s30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
* d( I! l& ^. y$ Omonths, so it is still quite clean.

cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
$ U9 b/ y; S8 v, `lease required.
