. v/ E. @) s  R" o1 xI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
7 }' Y' J" H; C1 D8 e/ K7 f5 O(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
( f: G- g8 Q' b, u$ J5 i! ~Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
6 m! N2 x0 x) kbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
9 ?# ~' a$ T2 T5 |9 o& v) d30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
4 Q7 B# i0 K" T- U* Z% u- Smonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
5 @0 l5 x$ S8 c" l& d% W- r' Qcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
$ {& i# n5 A1 s8 U7 x5 wafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
