) Q& Y5 `0 @! W(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
) I$ P$ G( B$ q! J" NSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

( Z( C. a* f( E: ^: G) p+ AI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
9 z5 |7 U6 o; @6 a* d30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
/ ?: z, J& @* Y+ s8 B9 Y0 umonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
0 P) p/ _4 H* X- U6 M  {4 rcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
# I9 {) R8 j# M6 vafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
