I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
  _6 `0 l2 ^; n9 n0 VSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
, c' ^& ~7 Z% k9 H& Dbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
6 M& V% L3 |! W7 ^2 v/ _3 Emonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
- L& U; K, q, [% l9 G6 Xcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
7 d9 z) G6 f5 @& @' X  ]after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
