# r0 s1 |$ }9 ~+ F$ {6 ~' rperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
) O8 ?4 z, [* k1 v9 ], LSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
* o  [3 O7 c  [; o$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
% q8 W, W% W4 i+ p/ Q5 {5 z$ b/ umonths, so it is still quite clean.

0 O5 V4 U, L7 x: o- ZYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
) N4 }. L( v' ], t; pafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
& l4 L( H: u3 m# v9 ylease required.
