5 P$ w/ a5 \: X& UI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
' D0 U5 l4 S4 tSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
7 O' p) u3 l5 t0 _) vbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
) K, D* t4 z3 I1 w30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
/ M$ O4 Y: T! Ccheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
' G, b- \( @: G: Gafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
" U9 a8 V2 ~+ X" P4 j0 Slease required.
