3 c( a( L3 ^3 y# L! I' C  uI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
0 P2 N; ~. |8 q0 K2 ~person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
, W+ H$ Y9 d- y1 q(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
3 a8 f6 Y4 `/ Z6 ^& g* PSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

7 H% P$ D5 N  {9 b6 CI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
: p! ]2 G+ T# G' a& W+ H" x+ fbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
8 g5 ~" k2 f+ O30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

- y) {& B. K7 ~3 H2 F: iYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
) T% `7 N2 x2 R" N4 B- N) @lease required.
