I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
3 G% g6 ~- m, S7 Q6 F$ o: i6 Iperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
" n( g6 u( e7 Z( w(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

- S- w4 @" o, p, U$ ?I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
/ V# H, R% b, ~9 Q0 V5 K! {$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
' S9 g1 t* b; I3 ]be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
- ~& Z5 b- P$ C7 i  o. N! c/ Wmonths, so it is still quite clean.

. v+ ?7 i' _4 W( b1 nYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
. M5 O3 i" E; G% i6 s5 x$ ^! }cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
4 k* ?6 p0 y! Z; C8 o3 jafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
