Many Temporary Foreign Workers in Alberta are making the transition to permanent residency. Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers has prepared a workshop that will help make that transition easier. Guest speakers from the Temporary Foreign Worker Advisory Office, Edmonton Community Legal Centre, the Immigrate to Alberta Information Service and Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers Language and Settlement Programs will provide information you need to have in order to settle in Alberta. Presentations will be followed by a question and answer period. This workshop will take place at the Stanley A. Milner library in downtown Edmonton.
