The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to ' ~1 }1 K4 O/ B/ m% ^Tools -> Internet Options; n2 X" B; {. P" t J
Click the Connections Tab ( W! X% K0 q3 h+ j" y; L& o; eClick the the "Lan Settings" button / {$ x% b8 y0 u4 vRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings" 5 Z7 K7 ~) X" G+ e4 Q/ Y6 VClick Ok6 b3 D) R1 ^/ M3 W- A+ B
Click Ok+ b' T+ l1 a" S' Y% _
