举个例子：

让我解释一下：
FMV--- fair market value
This is the way a product is evaluated on the market

5 W, y3 h3 I2 r( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
The fair marker value是 $100.
* S1 o( Q* a, V. f. N4 {如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
4 f$ Y: m" ?" x* C7 P4 C你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.
那么总的 receipt 是 $4000

个人感觉，这属于loop hole，我觉得政府应该有措施去堵这个漏洞。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

4 U+ N/ y6 s. J; y这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。
