举个例子：
如果你捐赠$1000，你会得到$3000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$1000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$4000。
在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$1560（4000乘以39%等于1560）的退税。除去你捐的$1000，你将净得$560。
如果你捐赠$5,000，你会得到$15,000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$5,000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$20,000。
在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$7800（20,000乘以39%等于7800）的退税。除去你捐的$5000，你将净得$2800。

所以，到明年四月你收到Refund Tax后，你会发现，你将为你的捐款创造56%的Interest.

你给的发票比捐赠的多，属于fraud吧？

天上不会这么容易掉馅饼了，省里要给的400块是特例。

让我解释一下：
FMV--- fair market value
This is the way a product is evaluated on the market
比如　一套Courseware软件
( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
The fair marker value是 $100.
如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of 30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt $3000.
那么总的 receipt 是 $4000

个人感觉，这属于loop hole，我觉得政府应该有措施去堵这个漏洞。

其实我可以自己编个软件，标价$1，000，000，然后捐赠了。
我好像能捞不少回来。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。

我也在做donation program，不过我们捐赠的是救人的药品，经过WHO捐到非洲。投资回报在第四季度应该是46％左右。如果有异议，可以发短信或email到zy1003@hotmail.com继续和你探讨。
