( M. A, Y  w$ @3 RHe began work with our Union in 1981, receiving Inter-provincial Journeyman Electrician status the following year — and in 1988 he also became a Journeyman Boom Truck Operator.

) W; H% l, p8 J6 L- {/ J( RWhile on the job and with a young family he continued his education in night courses, graduating from the U of A in 2001 with a degree in Human Resources Management.  In 2003, following two additional years of study, he was designated a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

+ f( v4 h' {7 n* c4 {Tim has served 424 in a number of roles:

For four years, Tim was our Local’s Dispatcher before becoming Assistant Business Manager in 2002. In 2004 he took over the reins as 424 Business Manager.

, C0 u) R$ G2 w$ P* DDespite his active work life Tim remains a committed family man.  He and his wife Dana have two great kids, Daniel and Leah (Tim’s other “child” is a  Harley Davison that he doesn’t get nearly enough time to ride).
