Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards. 7 \8 j6 A7 E7 F, y3 W

Responsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects. % D1 F" V# ~6 H
Responsibilities

Electrical critical drawings are up to date and accurate

" ?) Z5 c! \. n! ~# R+ P6 WAchieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by: 8 F, L' O& z/ q9 V

Managing critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,

+ B& T/ v$ e) T* ~% WPerforming site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings, 2 C( m. e$ X8 N3 y3 }9 x
) k/ y4 { p1 ]% E
Engaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

* y4 U3 S/ U& R. iDeveloping and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

Performing quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

Leading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects, 4 v/ ^+ |/ W* b& {) I( Z* V
( }& a0 P; l0 R- jIncorporating new technology and best practices with focus on solving business problems and operational requirements in a competitive environment.

Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.
) _' J, \3 Z! C9 ~
$ g4 l' h Y. K$ W7 i: Q* l! \10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
3 u9 L; `2 F+ r ^2 h8 n: t
8 g- G' q, B' g- _5+ years AutoCAD experience.
; m/ O7 k1 |5 t6 J( S4 e
: T9 l; d, p$ c3 zRegistered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.
