Primary Focus
, b$ m; j0 r/ Z Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

0 U0 U7 t7 @ {Responsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects. $ c7 ~# G" X3 w

6 S% o/ v1 {" A/ E/ b" G1 P4 _Achieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by: 2 i5 O9 c8 Q5 @4 ?' i
# k: l9 p5 w* i4 M' tManaging critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards, $ V. E9 |" x6 i7 a

Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,

( f l; l1 A/ Q8 r% T) R. u* ^9 b- ?Engaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates, - o! v! F& D+ Q- J2 q2 j" C
# K. h. v, s2 M0 QDeveloping and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

Performing quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

: I& y! G" b2 g7 n RLeading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects,

& ?+ |7 e. A& c4 n: N, B Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.
7 T/ V/ T5 E! p, L9 Q$ U8 G9 T; s1 S6 D8 T! K" w0 G( \
10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
# T1 A8 s2 M' V7 ~# g& z' `6 T2 w2 s/ p V
5+ years AutoCAD experience.
* [ F- ]' X8 G c& A- |+ ^$ V! Z& [. B- ^$ g/ K/ e4 {
Registered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.
