( N) h+ t/ Y7 ^# X/ E; T$ zTie-wraps are not approved for supporting cables, only securing them.  Anyone could not use UV-rated tie-wraps to "support" Teck cable on a chain-link fence but you  could use stainless-steel hose clamps.
