you have three methods to book an appointment.

2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

' T9 q+ a* S0 c$ U   Thomson Prometric Test Center
            6715-177 TH ST
) F/ J7 B( {2 g" W! k1 Q. [you take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
