买condo好还是买townhouse好呢？

大部分townhouse也算是CONDO的一种，甚至有少量的house也算是CONDO。

i think townhouse is better, more privacy and more space. basement is extra too

As Lao Yang has explained, condo can be any type of house, if privacy is a concern, go for single house type. I myself don't like to have neighbors behind all walls since possibility of dispute with them is great.
