# c) }- i+ Z$ m( q8 }" F- h, N: @•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
$ _' o" u6 s0 I, u# A: t•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
# [2 |2 t8 [6 M4 o" h3 J! ~; }, U•        Optimizing system configurations  
) Y$ U5 Z3 H4 F•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
! Q8 v# M7 E* [9 P1 x•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
/ E5 |% I( a% }•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
•        Work evenings as required
Skills and Knowledge Required
•        Customer service skills

•        C++ development skills
3 a5 d: H) |2 ~+ _•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
