Position Responsibilities:
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
- H2 h( s) ~  e5 d+ ?; Y•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
4 u% V0 @. W1 x  ~: V+ c•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training

•        Work evenings as required

•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education
2 n/ t, V1 o7 O! K•        Technical degree or diploma
