Position Responsibilities:
: N+ D% Z  ~" U$ V# \! V2 u4 [•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
9 U$ q9 u) `1 l1 H; J# C0 J4 d8 n•        Identification and replication of software defects  
8 z" a" \7 [( H0 W  D" T& c•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  / |" X$ x1 I/ d* x: k" C2 ]
•        Managing customer expectations
2 z; d% i, p+ E9 [/ l•        Documentation of technical procedures
9 P( G6 p# l, I% s4 s8 d5 \3 U•        Trouble shooting client network issues
+ b' [, g* B9 W7 c& y# u( h•        Optimizing system configurations  
  Y6 p; n1 C: w4 Q: S•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) & w6 G  B$ M/ o. P+ N' S
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system % j1 I+ J3 @- R8 M+ g! z2 p" b, A
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. ; [3 _# o6 |: m' M! l5 h
•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin( Y5 i  g& P, L+ T6 [. v& g8 H* p
•        Work evenings as required, H9 D% A1 Q( o1 x/ L9 z5 a
Skills and Knowledge Required0 ]8 f! a/ d$ a3 u
•        Customer service skills , Q5 N* C! E* m5 ^9 s
•        Technical writing skills , M' n  }1 h/ p! j; n5 b8 g
•        C++ development skills . T$ S. R/ w: Q1 M! w9 R
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.: e2 |% w- u  z- b9 W9 a# j2 Q
•        Network trouble shooting skills
" R  Z! j7 k, D, s' |& }•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
( N4 ]* `, }1 p2 e•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
9 n9 G6 W1 ~$ D•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) , D) I) m; \9 m

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
