• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control$ L( d# I4 f) F
• Identification and replication of software defects . R1 I& L$ G; }" B% @5 x
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ; i! ~6 V) F! W+ a
• Managing customer expectations 4 p$ ^7 c9 f. C" w& Q
• Documentation of technical procedures * k0 Y+ t3 o$ D$ Q Q( k
• Trouble shooting client network issues ) _4 U% M. M2 b+ f% L/ w- r5 k
• Optimizing system configurations
