• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control1 V% X* S5 Q) P. T
• Identification and replication of software defects
O1 t: Q1 j+ r9 V+ ^• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients " A# A! j! e' X/ C1 c- J9 {0 C+ m
• Managing customer expectations

• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
