Position Responsibilities:

9 U$ q9 u) `1 l1 H; J# C0 J4 d8 n• Identification and replication of software defects
8 z" a" \7 [( H0 W D" T& c• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients / |" X$ x1 I/ d* x: k" C2 ]
• Managing customer expectations
2 z; d% i, p+ E9 [/ l• Documentation of technical procedures
9 P( G6 p# l, I% s4 s8 d5 \3 U• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Site services worldwide
