Position Responsibilities:% e# c" ~" |6 X
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control1 b2 K8 ~1 L7 J6 [, Y2 h
• Identification and replication of software defects
! i0 P: [8 x' O+ n3 R6 c• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
( ^% Y) Z3 U2 x2 I g• Managing customer expectations

1 V- {0 w+ {) D' Q% K+ y/ k Z• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
