Position Responsibilities:
( _! d. n! P2 o7 c/ s1 y• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
( v h/ a5 r0 F' G• Identification and replication of software defects
. H, J* j/ ^- K: U1 e• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 7 z% b' q& p- Z
• Managing customer expectations 9 K% ^, }0 p& p& \8 O8 d1 {7 N# @
• Documentation of technical procedures
7 _. p6 t* \+ [9 f& G- R• Trouble shooting client network issues 8 ?/ W# A" P; p
• Optimizing system configurations ( t. j8 P6 ?& z6 p
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 1 x& `+ e9 ]# d, u$ ]9 K6 D
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 1 \" L6 X# Q7 J) y# z6 L( `
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
