, Y0 Z6 R w, `1 j6 k3 s' Y• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
$ X6 B3 |. w) \6 e• Identification and replication of software defects
$ x1 h5 B6 t, |$ k9 A: l• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ) D N& K6 V# N: Q- @1 G' h3 l
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues / b( k; h q1 o* X8 T% s/ m

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
