Position Responsibilities:6 D2 E& k; L* g) b# i2 t/ S
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control9 X  ?9 ?9 R: e0 C' M1 `
•        Identification and replication of software defects  ) n+ B2 s2 \2 r$ E. L, I# g# E
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
7 u0 G+ I) B3 d•        Managing customer expectations
1 B6 _, j6 I7 k1 }5 Z: ^* i8 J•        Documentation of technical procedures
7 d3 Y3 F* [8 N% L0 t/ ]•        Trouble shooting client network issues . k! w: V& E/ W3 j2 ]* O
•        Optimizing system configurations  
7 u- K8 N2 x9 ~8 H0 [0 U: K•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 3 k4 O9 ^1 }1 Y* j+ a( @% I
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
4 H5 ^: p' l$ s3 G•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training + U2 m- d; N( B" X6 K
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin, Q  \) Q8 M0 o& o- N5 X0 K% h
•        Work evenings as required' U6 ]5 e' F9 f7 X. T0 F4 X
Skills and Knowledge Required; B" \! t+ L9 `- i
•        Customer service skills 3 y) d- n4 {% V
•        Technical writing skills
1 B6 x  E$ v7 U) Z- U% }  s- h) e6 m•        C++ development skills 2 n% D9 }8 Y) U
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
& i& w( i: p) n& y% e7 U1 c•        Network trouble shooting skills
3 b! c' u) O1 G) c9 H" A•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
