$ X6 B3 |. w) \6 e•        Identification and replication of software defects  
$ x1 h5 B6 t, |$ k9 A: l•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ) D  N& K6 V# N: Q- @1 G' h3 l
•        Managing customer expectations

•        Trouble shooting client network issues / b( k; h  q1 o* X8 T% s/ m
•        Optimizing system configurations  : u, K7 D3 Z4 _6 c9 e
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. + b8 v0 G1 c' e* H# Z7 Z0 \* d
•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin* E1 @4 {! h5 q1 a4 Y( i) _

•        Customer service skills 9 b. i- P  K- |1 E. B
•        Technical writing skills / Y# f: T' C4 U. s) O
•        C++ development skills

•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
6 J  g) D/ e8 g, e" c# m7 _•        Technical degree or diploma
