• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
9 @: H) m7 v$ [• Identification and replication of software defects
" J+ T/ M6 ^- ~ M• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
; v( U4 `: B- B5 J5 ?• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues R7 k6 B1 Q6 \# X5 T- V1 ]& ^
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system / C1 c) n" H7 @" f% f

• System training

• Technical writing skills

• Network trouble shooting skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
