•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
9 @: H) m7 v$ [•        Identification and replication of software defects  
" J+ T/ M6 ^- ~  M•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
; v( U4 `: B- B5 J5 ?•        Managing customer expectations
3 d  g6 A- @: c# p•        Documentation of technical procedures / e. y$ Z1 b  L3 O( Z
•        Trouble shooting client network issues   R7 k6 B1 Q6 \# X5 T- V1 ]& ^
•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system / C1 c) n" H7 @" f% f
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. 2 L7 _% n5 d; b( q" m' C5 V! ^

•        System training

•        Work evenings as required

•        Technical writing skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.+ S* b+ B2 p1 j0 x. [' x6 {; T
•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Technical degree or diploma
