Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
8 r: b3 P! d$ q+ y: K& f7 Z1 P( {' G; nAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
0 ?7 ~9 q* y2 O9 c% O& r9 \Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
7 l9 _; ?0 w5 }# L+ _/ E3 @Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
$ [- h! Y3 e) o# y% e( d% A, yMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
. O( i. O% x# ?1 KPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
