1 D% e7 U; o- j+ QSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
7 G$ q$ {0 y2 s: ESell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
' h# a6 _. |9 HPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
4 G4 x! e: }2 q( {/ o7 T$ J# zHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

        Completion of secondary school is required
