cannot的发音，重音是在第一个音节上。中国同学多数人会说错。

; V/ R. d3 M, c" c因为发音不对，很多时候在写作是也会把cannot误写成can not。

: @6 U+ \1 g3 ^4 E% n有些前卫的语言学家认为 can not 可以用来 代替 cannot。但是绝大多数英语人口表示，除了在中国学生的论文里，从来没见过或者用过can not这种形式。

但是，实际上在某种极为特殊的语境下，可以见到 can not。比如

can't 用于口语中，比如 I can't go to school because I'm sick.
* N+ W/ g8 `1 T9 n% Pcannot 用于正式的书面表达，比如在托福考试中，can't这种写法一定是错的。
