I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约

I think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page.  The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.

1. Don’t say dirty words to other people, like 不说骂人的话包括：
* ~$ U! W7 b6 y$ R. g; ^' x他妈的，你这小人/流氓/痞子/蠢货/偷渡来的/ 井底之蛙，…..
3 ^+ D* t/ ]2 m2.  Don`t belittle others: 不说激怒人的话包括；我不行/我怕你得了吧，把….揪出来，这小子，你有哈了不起…….
Do you think so？ if every body follows论坛公约, we will feel more comfortable as browsing the web side.
