Position: Office Administrator / Duties: Greet the public, respond to diverse inquiries, take registrations, update dBase/website, schedule meetings, order supplies, prepare reports (including board meeting packages), maintain files, track sales and communications, utilize office equipment.

Requirements: Three years relevant job experience, demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Word, Publisher & custom dBases. Preferences: Good people skills, accuracy, demonstrated ability to multi-task and grow with the job, knowledge of community leagues. Remuneration: Salary of $40,000/year, 37.5 hr work week, staff benefits.
