* Responsible for ensuring accurate, concise documentation that meets organizational, legislzative and legal requirement
: k7 N5 ~0 j- ?9 U*Responsible for coordinating tactical planning and monitoring processes at the site/program and departmental level/ u! h3 `- M9 H7 n9 J- C4 F
*Responsible for building, overall staffing issues and leadership on an ongoing basis and during emergency situations.
h! d9 Y2 O8 o2 u*Responsible for assessment of populations of residents with similar care needs to indentify nursing care needs of the group.' P/ @2 X s) d
* A& r/ h3 u' X/ @" EQualifications:
5 L8 J) z+ s; l1 w+ ]+ S6 RMust be a registered nurse and possesses AARN registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years exoerience in health care particularly in management role is required. Equivalent qualifications will be considered.
