在interview中,你应该问一下,when decision is made?这是个雇主应该回答的问题.你不可能无限期的等下去.也是对你的尊重.我经历的所有都问过这问题.很多一流的公司,任何申请人只要是投过简历的都会从HR收到一封信.含蓄 ...9 y: z& n( E f" i

so, why not follow up........

Try to contact the person who interviewed you to express your passion again for the job if you really want the job. Do more research about the company to let them know that you really care about the job. Ask them whether they have made a decision or not, if not, when? Show your confidence. Don't be scared to ask even if they decide not to hire you, ask them the reason for the future interview. Decent employers usually will let you know if you ask. At the same time, even they decide not to hire you, you'd better express your thanks as well and mention the future opportunities even like a contract or part time(you never know).
