在interview中,你应该问一下,when decision is made?这是个雇主应该回答的问题.你不可能无限期的等下去.也是对你的尊重.我经历的所有都问过这问题.很多一流的公司,任何申请人只要是投过简历的都会从HR收到一封信.含蓄而清晰的告诉你的申请的状态.
6 ?. R, v! T9 T, G; `, [' M; ^interview后Follow Up意义不大.你Follow Up不会改变人家的决定.是你的机会人家一定会联系你.不是你的机会,雇主的回答可能会让你非常尴尬.

, Z% l- e* J3 E' B/ \$ x5 ~我认为 follow up是个好事。如果雇主正在为你和另一个人选犯愁的时候，不知道选哪个.......这时，你的电话或邮件表明你的决心，和对这份工作的渴望，也许老板就会选择你。即使没有选择你，你也不尴尬，同时问一下，没有被选中的原因，如果遇到好的人，真的会告诉你，没有录用的原因，也为你今后的的interview 作准备。

: Y4 d" t* Z- q0 C7 sFollow up, please. But you need some technique. Try to contact the person who interviewed you to express your passion again for the job if you really want the job. Do more research about the company to let them know that you really care about the job. Ask them whether they have made a decision or not, if not, when? Show your confidence. Don't be scared to ask even if they decide not to hire you, ask them the reason for the future interview. Decent employers usually will let you know if you ask. At the same time, even they decide not to hire you, you'd better express your thanks as well and mention the future opportunities even like a contract or part time(you never know).

根据个人经历，follow up不会对雇主的决策有所影响。不过了解一下自己面试的时候哪里做得不好，在以后的面试里予以改进，还是有帮助。
