Pudding Recipe

sugar 80g

4 o8 e+ h A' @0 m1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)' S+ v3 ~1 ?8 X5 W* D
2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.% n. F, O: }" u% Y; t1 H- n
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
) `. t$ {2 C9 g4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)! w( E4 ^0 F* s: u: n
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

6 Y T. T3 I, [0 I5 f. ssugar 40g+30g
2 j/ ^- z& a' f+ T1 `vanilla extract 1/2tsp
+ T! l4 m4 c, e2 k l8 t
2 }' B; S, L" T0 M" g% ~' V( ]( |1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled9 w) w; `* {9 P M4 j
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar ) l* ?0 K/ Q& I' f5 A. @' V1 o
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
: y6 Y4 a" H+ |: c4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well

下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋2 M0 ^. F! I' P) a1 V: M
