Pudding Recipe

Milk 500c.c

1 `* Q# m5 Q2 degg yolk 1' O& t9 { F8 s6 G% }
sugar 80g' h$ Z& y7 M% S. L+ `

1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
) p% L1 J6 j# h% c! O b2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.
' q' T* }; ^1 g& r2 G3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
) G2 O3 L2 S6 z1 a+ Y" t4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)8 Q8 h E) U7 l* I& N
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water6 X9 L# T& M, k. h& x) G

egg yolk 5

vanilla extract 1/2tsp' S; s1 f9 s& h. f

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled) [+ s W' I3 |- ?
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar 1 X& q3 g! {- d; g, |5 a) u$ x8 N
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)% @" I$ t, c. a, M$ C$ x U
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well) A6 o/ z$ G/ b" O" s7 Q# O
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water& u: c ^: b4 G9 h

有蛋白就會比較凝固
