The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors.  Responsibilities include:- o8 v! o# J+ N* M+ V

·         Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.

·         Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

1 a) U$ t5 P. v9 I: m0 d, L; M·         Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.
