请问WALK-OUT BASEMENT是要9 FEET好，还是8 FEET的行呀？

基本是8'1"，也有是9‘1“；最终是你决定，高的，你的地下室净空就高一些，如果，你不打算在地下室有什么重要功能在那里，矮一些也正常。

如果要是8的话，就和普通的一样，没有必要买这个WALK out的了。
我就是有点心痛那个钱，所以自己拿不定主意。自认为8FEET也够用了，一个地下室没有必要弄那么高，所以在犹豫呀。还是希望大家给出意见呀。衷心的感谢了。

2500元增高一尺，太合算了。如果能做10尺的，一定要10尺的。否则，一定9尺的。千万别要8尺的。经验之谈。

另外，一层，一定要9尺的。不知道能否作10尺的。
主要的问题是，你的房子的高度Bylaw上有限制。高的地下室，可以往深了挖。一楼高了，二楼的屋顶就有限制了。除非建筑商把房顶的坡度降低。

& b) H0 W& q+ y* j% [8 \this is a hardware upgrade which you can't do it afterwards, you may regret not spending the  $2,500 after you take possession. 10 ft basement may not be possible for a 2 storey  because  the public sewage might be well above your house drain- out pipe if excavation of soil goes a bit deeper. Ask your builder and they would tell you yes or no.
