If you are flying with a Canadian carrier, your Cuban Tourist Card is included in the cost of your air ticket ($20 for 90days otherwise). Your air steward will give you your Cuban Tourist Card on flight. It is not distributed prior. # G4 I( S# l& H1 s9 Y0 N' U, pBut you need a valid passport as well.
