要使木结构的房子在国内普及，要克服两个问题：
1，观念改变。我和国内的亲朋讲，我的房子是用木造的。他们第一反应是问：“啊？结实吗？能住多久？”
2，国内寸土尺金，房子都是往高发展，而木结构的发展只适合建低矮的平方，但国内已经有政策限制建别墅了。

这个想法是不错，很早有人也做过，不过其中有个关键问题，没有办法解决，

上海的气候不像这里，这么干燥，木材容易发生变形，由此产生的房屋问题没有办法解决，后来只好作罢。

Engineered products should be fine. It's very humid in Florida too, and there is no problem there.
