* N$ ?- \/ v& O5 L' ]% f9 h' DA Chinese saying goes like this--illness comes like landsliding but goes like cocoon stripping" so many years ago when I saw the word "patient" for the first time, I remembered the two meanings immediately--when one requires medical care, he needs to be enduring without complaint. A patient needs to be patient. These days, however, I have sort of changed my mind. Sometimes a person is willing to be so patient as to become a patient. Care is required, not necessarily medical though.

Homesickness to me definitely includes missing the food in China. Several days ago, I learned from the Internet how to roast ducks. Yum yum...

The only bad thing was that I got a burn on my lower arm. Worthwhile. :D

Stopped heating the milk before it was boiling--added the potato powder paste slowly--kept stirring until milk became thick

Mixed all of them together--added more sugar--stirred it until you felt bored--covered it with preservative film--put it into fridge--stirred every 30 minutes--did it at least 4 times--scratch your fridge door for hours(100,000 times is preferable) and then enjoy your ice-cream!
