院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

1 ^' E: q+ x6 [4 m: [% y- L3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
: _0 {0 D, \3 x. D1 cup water 250 ml
( j. W' d' v2 @- `+ C2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 3 o4 \4 o ~2 j$ g. m
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
% `8 p: ]+ d: x6 N' {juice of 1 lemon* 1
/ }: j9 Y3 X- N" ?+ M* l" {5 C' n. F B/ x6 u" @# U
Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
