院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
5 o0 y9 B, F; i7 T6 z7 ?4 k1 cup water 250 ml

1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ' r4 `: f' l( U H/ `9 _1 n. K0 {
juice of 1 lemon* 1

9 m3 @, F9 |7 O6 o- ~Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.; u9 C' B$ o4 S$ Q1 Z' A% v# `
