3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 2 q2 E* n, u/ q+ g) C
1 cup water 250 ml
7 \7 {% K* ]5 E* t8 y2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ) `* g! z6 k9 X- {- c3 L0 r$ `
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml + `5 m5 m+ d1 b- }1 v6 K" Z
juice of 1 lemon* 1 9 z) @4 T5 V9 x! R [$ p

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.3 c. R6 k0 R' t4 D' `* \
