院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享4 K5 M0 K3 o! O; Q- R7 G8 {, i

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 7 L W% ?# o8 o# i1 z
) I& R+ K) w: M# p3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
4 ^- y, R6 P! k/ ?- p1 cup water 250 ml
% @! X2 _, z* h5 [0 r" |2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1 4 j; s V7 K% p5 _; g
0 J, Q! }( d5 b, a) GPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool. e& Y4 T; d, a+ n; `

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
