院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享) O+ v6 V2 Y0 U& q' l& C

9 ^; J5 V& W, I4 A4 n2 } z3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ( N- U1 M' z% I2 i: b
1 cup water 250 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1

) r% q3 v6 e5 o/ }" G, @ l+ ePlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
