院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 2 M9 n: q0 r( h& l0 C2 q
1 cup water 250 ml / Q& b( o$ \- {: d, Z5 r- \9 q% ^
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

2 J: L4 W9 ?, s4 Y6 Y6 O% Ejuice of 1 lemon* 1

3 z) l3 j) s, L3 {; T8 cPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
