院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享6 e# I: z) ?+ o2 B+ x# G x. z

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE - i( q! y; E: @
" O' x( o( E0 }" E: W( X3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ; t5 c3 K7 h1 B8 k# g q
1 cup water 250 ml 3 a2 J) Z/ i. S/ ^
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml & j% W* s3 l; z4 S9 C
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
