It is not true that "you can't use it as a ...... in Canada", since it is under provincial laws.

7 I6 W1 a5 @# ]5 b6 Y: ]Not sure if you can use it in Alberta, but the translation is acceptable in Nova Scotia. I suggest you contact the license office.
