• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
2 T3 `# [9 Z1 y' i/ L• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
8 n$ N# e; b' q8 H% R- l• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
* I; |% S E1 J7 p* n& Y• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;

• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).* p: ^: E5 v F" V9 c

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;

• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
