Job Duties / Responsibilities
" ]7 x( c. U d& U k0 y• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
1 [4 M( a! |! Y& j; f2 K) S% }• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
+ G t/ X0 \' S$ q# D- g• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
1 m! K' @% [' q6 ^• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;) E8 ]* g/ E8 `! r% u, P" ?
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; % K5 U( r+ E. |
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
5 o/ M7 ]; }+ s+ B# B; R• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; * M' q# L1 d- k8 [. w4 X
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; 1 ]$ K1 v, p5 i: r) k* X* a! Y
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; : }5 ~/ G' H6 l: e, }
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
