available, including signs and symptoms of influenza and what you should1 c- T) l4 \' ^) q( U1 c0 k0 T

In this and any flu season, it is important to take responsibility for

influenza virus is contagious and is spread person to person via close+ S/ ?* x- ]6 g) k. J+ d4 e
contact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and
+ \ l4 ]7 D: [8 i/ Wdoorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and& E0 Z: Y t% s$ N0 ?3 c w
then unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth., V, x/ W# E+ z7 J( J7 V/ K! C
Practicing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your9 |* q w% S6 o% n( c7 C% c
cough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta0 W1 z2 z% i0 B, H6 I+ l9 m
Health and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of
