In this and any flu season, it is important to take responsibility for

influenza virus is contagious and is spread person to person via close
! J* f6 Q2 G7 ^; Wcontact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and' N1 ]6 {; e( q$ C2 H0 J
doorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and7 u- g s) S6 _- w* H+ z
then unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.
7 h( B" ?6 U& J* S$ nPracticing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your7 {- z) ~) y! ]1 L; I5 {, ]
