C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
7 ]/ K6 ?* }- Z) P5 _  ?•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
7 d0 _2 t/ E  Y+ s9 O•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
7 l) R! F* Z0 S% C•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
8 n- i9 s. l" x, ]7 l( o•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
' f4 S; F- K  U•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
5 x  @3 ?- g% f5 r9 M$ y•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
, w3 z% Y3 h) ^/ O•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
( e' \4 l: b' D•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
1 f7 ~+ D; Y+ ^1 B3 J•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
3 K4 G/ Y% F' ~7 q% eMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
& Q; E; \4 }0 d, J•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
; _+ e2 C: Q0 X0 A•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
( [+ a. L5 h3 o5 EDesirable Requirements:
2 R& K- S$ G- v1 b: x8 X, |1 c•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
