" V- u3 X- a% ~. h# a* p9 xC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
) N. w- \" ]8 |9 T3 F( sDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
; d& v  b) ^% \. L( p* J1 ]( Y•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
- }4 h* M9 ]  x1 Y, L•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
" i+ A* R( }& s- t% l) o$ k9 z•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
: B' }" x$ U" W' V# H" n•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
) |1 _6 L; w3 n' m& S- Z$ c•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
$ ^" D  |  L9 v: j5 }•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
, \9 r# P( P( s9 v8 ]) U•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
  O8 [1 Q3 a; K, V4 T2 l•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
6 k: @6 @1 ~! a- G. W( V1 l•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
  A( D: ^+ k: n2 q: }8 I2 V•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
. w! a1 s  \7 |0 V5 c5 m; @•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
( D% _4 C1 ^. N2 y$ i- s. a•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
