C# Systems Analyst

, }/ k! V$ m( aC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
& f4 f3 E2 Z1 {6 vDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
# t2 D9 T  z4 |" ?•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
" z0 a  ^1 h5 _0 \) N/ V5 A+ x, c•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
; P6 }% J: E( K% K, q7 q" x•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
! R- b/ t$ H  v) g•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
  f) U7 |( ^- M& E! t( h) g6 f•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
, A5 o1 Z) ]% g! F2 w& K8 l+ _•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
6 w0 [- s! h% O- G5 q2 J# l•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
' Y0 a1 W. {6 D, wMandatory Requirements:
  h4 r  b0 w3 S( V7 n•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
+ m: C. m+ c$ H( j8 B3 `•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
/ O6 w, u( _  {•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
  V. `, c# K3 a9 ]  ^  f•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
# @4 ^+ }0 S# [7 i* |•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
( [/ m7 I  ?( z! G7 |% g  oDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
. E' t' x( {( E0 A  m" e6 v•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
