C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
+ c$ Y. L9 w  u1 }  A& U: q•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
0 M5 K" z6 J& F! E7 K•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
  x- g" }1 J8 \3 B: V9 A•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
6 G2 N! }6 B1 J1 F" e# K) [. S•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
9 ~5 g/ l- [# v3 ~/ n•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
9 _8 T$ S9 |4 L# o•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
' `' k; i) B  k  M•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
4 c6 ~: ~5 l* g# H•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
0 J) n" x. f! M3 |" t8 l•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
( X3 D; b( h( y•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
$ o+ }: ?! Z3 q0 f•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
