C# Systems Analyst

: Y7 o" c# w- b7 b- sC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
7 e$ d% Q' v- q1 `  O& C4 f+ v& v•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
2 c% s4 F* q( m  ?: P  X•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
& Y1 I1 e; M2 M+ E$ Z+ y•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
. U6 Q3 ?, {5 ?$ W1 r•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
+ M9 |2 R+ b. {2 D  W; `•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
& Y  `1 Q$ D3 z% b5 l•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
0 `( [! _9 T$ {6 x•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
. D) ]  @. A9 V' q+ o•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
5 S, e. r' E( D) P•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
6 t* q( C; \  U7 T+ \•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
7 C4 V0 G. i9 y" ~% W1 B9 T: f. HDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
9 x4 W/ D9 x& N5 N$ j•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
