C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
7 B( g6 M' L& l( E  X7 LDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
& g: s0 W( y+ s2 f1 b0 O•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
( `3 \7 C. B( g( y8 B: \/ R•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
& a, S8 `- n3 l- Q# t/ ?•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
. K  e9 E$ s* h0 w$ I: d3 h•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
1 ^- T8 p" ~1 H•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
, l+ ~4 R  @( z# E& R1 ?•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
% P0 U* u0 V. i0 n$ y•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
* T  a' N# |# S5 |7 t+ @•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
6 F* O% L$ I" t& {0 T•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
0 O  P8 ]6 a  S1 V& T•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
2 v8 P" C. U$ r" w9 [. i•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
3 b! P- v+ T7 N4 u( M•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
! i8 @5 g9 y6 m  D9 }; I; q4 Z•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
: J  j- J1 U1 F; m- l2 l•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
4 ?3 C1 ]! T# V7 j+ o1 q•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
