  }. N- [/ L% k& a! _C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
( C: z) F8 h. M3 Q+ ODuties:
% p; a  O2 ?. x3 ]  ?•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
# S8 o% P) R1 M•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
) v$ O! I! `7 g9 _•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
0 ~- l7 V0 n, k5 |: K% \•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
: `5 b( ]# ~. S& L3 i' m•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
) i2 e; R) X, I- M1 h•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
7 C: ]- p$ R7 K0 |+ |•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
: V  ^: o7 [& l1 R•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
