• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
5 g4 T; f3 V2 o3 L• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
2 X& x" q6 j0 r7 x4 M0 _- {! r" G• SAP match reporting and monthly management& M# t7 M+ N& t! s+ l0 r' \
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
, C+ Y, X. t- m$ J- d) z• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required./ D2 K& T0 K" s' t4 k% _. j
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
9 w" ^7 R4 `, V+ K' `1 q  K• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.7 T$ R3 o0 V5 h
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
4 \# X& V& s' m3 g5 u  S8 Z# G• Order business cards as required.7 Y. l; q9 m) @! }% o
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
, |  c0 `% Q% c6 A7 s• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
( `7 {+ v" K4 @8 i; a- b• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.5 j, g7 ?; c" r+ R
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
: B+ `  F! E- R9 I7 A• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training" B" a. k% u, M2 H& @' V

Education / Experience( Q0 ^5 A3 |& T+ }6 p
• Grade 12 or equivalent
; r6 X1 s$ [. Y4 t% U3 \9 n3 n! L• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
9 e6 _& ^8 N8 _; f& X5 X) ~• 3-5 years of related administrative experience5 i2 V, `. z6 S( D$ L( Y+ @
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
8 s& @9 i( t) D. y# I• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. : ^1 H' c" L9 [6 t
• Attention to detail is required.
/ I9 f. t  @+ e1 ], ^• High level of customer service skills is a must.

• Business Administration Diploma or relevant certificate would be considered an asset.
