. y3 e& q4 k" f. K3 X# B d• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
" r# R/ F- N, F, {6 K" u- {! @• SAP match reporting and monthly management
% ~6 y5 X4 D$ j% t3 A: h• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.3 c+ G' M1 A0 d: U* t5 N% a
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
! s5 U+ y7 p5 a: _( [* h) J4 n) H• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.6 V: ^, e. p+ S3 r+ l
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
