Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.0 [' @$ m* W' P6 `! A/ [, x
• SAP match reporting and monthly management- C! n/ x% e9 d. _) f8 q, J# l% @
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.6 Y% ]+ m$ B1 o
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.' B- F: Q' j8 x5 J6 r p7 _
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.( D& w5 B* S4 G
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.5 x( S8 q3 k! w' u J
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.2 m) J6 P! m4 o$ w! d
• Order business cards as required.( q1 I* ^- c6 _/ d! s1 z
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)8 r2 r' L8 I. \/ Z
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training' B" j! G. X! }

• Grade 12 or equivalent
$ P! ~/ T: H7 W u• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)' l7 ~* l7 _3 O* Y( [* w9 a1 ?
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
4 y8 x8 {0 c/ F4 Q3 Y% ^1 d1 Z. D1 e( \• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
