Job Duties / Responsibilities
, m$ E7 W Y8 J8 z9 L2 o- Z* B• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
9 H$ U# J' A2 v1 p+ x• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
. D+ P8 n6 `3 H+ y) q% C* }• SAP match reporting and monthly management
5 | j. M7 F' W: z' {, n• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.+ {/ V( r6 r- {2 B" X
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.) r3 z/ |" K8 q9 b
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.+ z: g! Z3 R9 R. Q) `3 |. C
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.' ]# B) a2 f, m e# s
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

Education / Experience
+ ], } w$ ^% ~1 A( a6 e• Grade 12 or equivalent
7 Q8 }. J9 o3 ~7 u: }, F• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
# E* c6 o" U( {$ u6 Q" O5 ]# m: p• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
. V$ G& U4 n9 j+ J• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater% ^( H; ~/ O" {% x) d& X+ ]
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. , [* W; m* ^8 c. j
