Position: Office Manager / Terms: Part time $18 to $25 per hour , approx 20 hours per week / Location: Edmonton / Closing date: October 16, 2009. The Organization: The Alberta Child Care Association (ACCA) has been a proud partner in Alberta’s childcare since 1987. Our mission is to advance a unified child care profession by providing support, education and recognition for our members. We are seeking a part time Office Manager to assist us with the daily operations.

Qualifications: excellent oral/written communication skills; time management/office organizational skills; ability to work independently & as part of a team; strong computer skills; have knowledge of Early Learning and Child Care; Degree or Diploma from a Post Secondary Institution. & q1 c' e3 N5 }: J, }5 s: K
& c( x5 N- \, ]0 mResponsibilities: work with the Executive of ACCNA to ensure that the daily operations of the organization are managed properly; support the Executive with the organization of meetings; maintain and upgrade membership dBase, newsletters & website updates; payroll & financial management.$ S( p) g# a3 y( a, {, [- b5 h% t
