! M6 g# o: ^( |1 `Job Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
; P) F: W5 M6 o! A% F  y9 Q• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
0 n% c6 V' ?: u$ m• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
9 S7 a3 S" J/ \& O, X3 B9 q• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
/ w) ?) O, F6 }! X$ D7 D$ y• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
7 D3 Y! q; B- ^6 y• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
0 n0 E* b$ K  h• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
( d0 Q6 [2 Q5 @) s6 P. H6 J" o! j8 t9 u• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
