Job Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
* R/ G; b9 W* ?7 u& M& e1 z• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
6 k4 Q; g0 k, M' K7 W: a+ t• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
) }0 s0 R: R9 p• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

# y! E9 E& l' n$ a& `" t• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
+ m( S. ?( ]; L4 N, y• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
* M9 R; \4 L3 C8 ]! N0 r• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
& [$ T6 J% k+ P) L9 A0 W* G0 \( D5 L• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
& T( L; {. K' K6 S5 a• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
