Job Duties / Responsibilities
+ Q# ?! k1 Q+ m9 u9 C8 Z9 CThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
8 l. s% e9 ~: i- x8 ^" N* _• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
9 x5 R3 p7 ~, n• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
2 ?/ ^! ]1 J$ t9 \0 F9 S; D( e• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
: r- O; y5 x3 n7 O- ~: g, p0 l• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
: v! W( C6 F2 f% n• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
4 [/ P# l2 W/ I) o• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
5 v4 V9 L- y4 [" B1 _2 u• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
