Job Duties / Responsibilities
: C  S# [( W! Y' G* l# v- wThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
) Z0 x4 s$ r' @" m1 }• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
# z" u& H  i/ r! v, y• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
8 k: {. }+ h3 M/ f6 P• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
- Z2 C3 K- Y7 v) t' v• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
# C3 Z5 H' M  \  F& v• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

8 D" l8 E* v8 l- AEducation / Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
8 \) Z* p* |6 p) h; e  e• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
