Job Duties / Responsibilities
% c/ b! y+ f" P) r+ ?' o2 tThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
" C% i) ?: E! W* V# f• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
$ |4 ^$ r2 `; D. L• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
$ I; Y7 n1 B! n2 Q2 i0 N  ?• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
  z' {; k3 Y( f- {/ s! o: ~# |1 @• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

7 N1 C3 M8 b3 T; h- eEducation / Experience
: P: [$ I3 w) k4 A5 k, d5 H; _• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
7 m( l& j5 O/ R# E6 x* e• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
( J0 I4 f/ Q" Y. B* s' A• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
